2011 Retailers Choice Award Winners
The Retailers Choice Awards, taken place at Prom Market in Atlanta, show cased many of the International Prom Association’s best of the best! In 2011, the Best Prom Fashion Design went to Sherri Hill. Shoes & Accessories Manufacturer of the Year was awarded to Night Moves. Outstanding National Ad Campaign was received by Jovani along with Outstanding Social Media. Helen’s Heart accepted the award of Best Fashion Jewelry Resource. Prom Manufacturer of the Year tied between both the incredible Night Moves and La Femme. Manufacturer Representative Award of Excellence went to the following: Lisa Rivera, Mike Perrett, Steve Glasier, Seth Kruger, Putman & Associates, Jennifer Strafer, Susan Ostrau, Sheri Simon, Eddie Bayouth, and Kris Henslin. Jovani also received Best Shoes & Accessories Design. Showroom of the Year went to Mori Lee. Tony Bowls took Prom Trends Award. And, Jenni’s Bridal, along with All the Rage, received Breakout Retailer of the Year. Horizon Award went to Emmy’s Bridal. Mori Lee accepted the Best Customer Service Award. Night Moves received the awards of both Best Quality Control and Best Dynamic Improvement. Customer Service Award of Excellence was given to: Venecia Maccow, Iris Holt, Louise Dicken, Dolores Nieto, Lacey Luker, Maria Montenegro, and Kim Skagg. Mori Lee got Best Value by Design and Best Deliveries. Jovani’s site was awarded as Outstanding Internet Site. Best Pre-Orders went to Night Moves. La Femme receive the award of Cusomer Demand Style. Best Limited Edition Design went to Jasz Couture. Sean McCarthy received the Customer Demand Creative Imagery award in addition with Tim Adcox, Zally Price, Scoobie West, and Mika Burley Morgan. Presidential Award went to Dick Thompson. Michelle Harrison received Legendary Achievement in Sales, and Tony Bowls ended with the Legendary Achievement in Design award.
