Award shows are the ultimate source to seeing all of the latest trends. The Red Carpet is where all of the biggest celebs showcase ensembles that will set trends for seasons to come. Yesterday was a huge night for entertainment as the 91st Annual Academy Awards took over the TV screens all across the country. The stars brought out their most fabulous outfits for the Oscars and they definitely did not disappoint!
The Red Carpet overflowed with several pretty-in-pink gowns that we are swooning over! Pink was definitely an IT color for the Oscars! Country star, Kacey Musgraves graced the carpet in a bubblegum pink look that was accented with stunning layers of fluffy tulle. Crazy Rich Asians strutted into the show in a bold bright pink number and it is everything! The gathered bodice and captivating neckline are absolutely stunning on her!
The metallic trend we love so much also made quite a few appearances at the Oscars. Emilia Clarke from Game of Thrones wore an elegant fitted gown that was completely adorned with sparkle. The pleated bodice and edgy neckline made this a perfect Red Carpet look! Jennifer Lopez also slayed at the Oscars in a metallic stunner. She went with a high-neck, long sleeve style that is completely embellished with silver metallics. These two definitely shined out there on the carpet!
A few of our other favs were actress Marina de Tavira and Regina King. Marina de Tavira took the spotlight with style and grace. Her red tulle look was timeless and stood out among the crowd. The straight neckline and layered tulle were eye-catching accents that looked fabulous on her! Another actress, Regina King also looked elegant and fabulous at the awards. She went with a classic white look with a high slit and gathered detail. This classic diamond white gown had just the right amount of flare! We absolutely love seeing the stars bring their top notch fashion sense to the Red Carpet!
