RETURN POLICY
We simply want you to love everything about your InternationalProm.com experience! That's why even returning your online purchase couldn't be easier. Try your online purchase on in the comfort of your own home and for your licensed alterations service if necessary (FYI It is quite common for formal dresses and tuxedos to require some level of alterations for the perfect red carpet fit). If you are not totally in love with your online purchase, for any reason, simply request a Return Authorization Number with the link below and ship your item back within 3 days of delivery (this includes weekends and holidays). Once we receive and process your return, we will gladly refund your item less a 20% restocking fee. Be certain the item you are returning is unworn and in the same condition as you received it with all original tags still attached. Items that have been worn, altered, cleaned, show signs of pet hair, smoke or various household smells and aromatics cannot be accepted.
