Morning Motivation

Happy Tuesday, everyone!! Since yesterday was Labor Day, today is the Monday-ist Tuesday, ever! With that being said, we’re coming at ya with some motivation -- Monday Motivation, if you will.

How you start your morning really sets the tone for the whole day! So, what is your current routine? Are you the early bird that is up before the sun? Or a night owl that drags their feet and always hits snooze? Either way, there are tons of ways to get motivated and moving once your feet hit the floor!

What you consume first has a lot to do with your daily mood, so be sure to fuel your body up well! Drink a glass of lemon water, a cup of coffee, or a smoothie are all good options to get your energy flowing! Eating a healthy breakfast is also key! Avocado toast, fresh fruits or some eggs will do just the trick!

Being active in the mornings can also make you feel more awake, and increases your focus on tasks. Any kind of activity that will get your body moving is perfect to do in the mornings! Whether it be something like a nice walk or yoga would be an easy way to start off your day or a more intense workout like a HIIT exercise, a mile run, etc. So many options!!

Like we said before, how you start your mornings has a big impact on the rest of your day! So add something new to your routine and make this week a great one!
