Music’s most iconic night of the year has come and gone, and it was amazing as usual! The 61st Annual Grammy Awards were full of fabulousness! You really cannot beat an evening full of fabulous Red Carpet appearances, music performances and all our favorite artists getting their much-deserved awards! While we loved the music and awards, the outfits are what we are here to talk about! Who was your favorite walking the Red Carpet? We have several!
As we have discussed previously, metallic colors are a huge trend this year. The stars were really shining on the Red Carpet last night in their metallic ensembles. Lady Gaga strutted down the carpet in a stunning silver gown with a high slit and ruffle details down one side. This gown looked amazing on her! Another metallic beauty was our girl, JLo. Jennifer Lopez stepped out in a white gown with gorgeous metallic silver beading all down the front and back. She of course, stepped outside of the box and wore a large white hat that went perfectly with her long stunning ponytail.
Miley Cyrus slayed her epic entrance into the Grammy’s in a black pant suit. Her cropped flare dress pants and tailored tuxedo jacket gave her the ultimate Miley edge. She wore her hair loose and wavy, which went with her look perfectly. Miley strutted down the runway with fierceness and we are here for it!
Another look that everyone has been talking about is that of the rap sensation, Cardi B. Cardi B won rap album of the year, the first female rapper to do so, might I add. She graced the runway in an eye catching blush colored bodysuit and black skirt that fanned upwards to draw all the attention to Cardi herself. Her pearl accessories went perfectly with the pale pink and this was definitely a look that will be talked about for months to come.
Katy Perry also slayed the Red Carpet in blush. Katy wore a strapless look with a fitted bodice and then a multi-layered ruffled skirt. The fitted, sleek bodice has metallic detailing to add some sparkle, and the skirt has a stiff structure to create a unique silhouette. The Grammy’s are the place to catch all of the latest fashion trends, and we were blown away this year!
