It’s that time of the year again!! Sherri Hill has released her highly anticipated Fall 2018 collection, and we are swooning! It seems as though Sherri’s dresses get better and better with each new release, and her newest collection is no exception. One look at the Fall 2018 collection and our eyes were full of stars- glitter fabrics, intricate beading, and deep moody colors steal the show and leave us wishing we could head to a homecoming dance just one more time. It was nearly impossible to do, but we’ve selected three of our favorite dresses from Sherri’s new collection to showcase today!
Style 52159 is the perfect mini dress. It is shown in the oh-so-popular blush tone, but also comes in ivory. This dress is has a gorgeous scoop neckline with thin straps that criss-cross in the back and lace up to form a corset. The entire dress is covered in delicate beading that accents the color. Our favorite part of this style is definitely the bottom of the skirt; instead of a straight cut along the seam like a typical dress, this edge is scalloped all the way around! The scalloping adds a youthful, flirty feel to the dress and perfectly pairs with the designs that the beading creates!
Another look we love is style 52275. This floor length gown is the definition of drama! It starts with a gorgeous high-neck collar closure. The entire top of the bodice is covered in pewter beading that shines from a mile away. The skirt is a tight fitting velvet material that is perfect for a homecoming court appearance in the chilly fall months! The overlay on the skirt definitely steals the show- it is a sparkling tulle that flares out from both sides, while still allowing the velvet under layer to be seen. This skirt transforms an already beautiful dress into the ballgown of your dreams!!
Our final pick is the previously mentioned glitter fabric that is sure to be a hit this season. Style 52363 is a dress like we’ve never seen before; the neckline scoops and has a deep cut down the center for added flare, and the strappy back is extra fun. A gorgeous beaded belt separates the fitted top from the flared bottom that hits at a cocktail length. The material that this gown is made of is what really steals the show. It shines and glitters no matter where the light is; it looks like something from out of this world! You are sure to steal the show in this sparkling dress!
